The fraudGUARD Advisory

Stay one step ahead of fraudsters!

Fraudsters must exploit a weakness in the practice's control systems in order to commit theft. These exploits are clandestine and in some cases, quite extraordinary in nature.

The fraudsters are clever. So clever in fact that rarely a month will pass when we do not learn of NEW and EMERGENT fraud threats that circumvent even the very best control systems.

The fraudGUARD Advisory will protect you against these new threats through notices and updates designed to thwart fraud before it can occur.

An example of The fraudGUARD Advisory "in action""when we discover fraud in a specific region, an alert is sent to fraudGUARD certified offices (in that region) warning them that a known (or alleged fraudster) may be plying their résumé about town."

This notice alone has stopped offices from hiring fraudsters. (and in one case, a spectacular thief was fired on Friday and by the next Monday she was at another office being interviewed!

Like many fraudsters, this woman was articulate and presented herself very well. The office was very interested in hiring her; that is until The fraudGUARD Advisory alerted later that day them and prevented a costly mistake.

The fraudGUARD Advisory is a subscription service available only to fraudGUARD certified dental offices.
