Complete this Behavior Assessment Questionnaire. Because there are many possibilities for committing fraud against you, finding the fraud (without the necessary expertise and specialized software) is a difficult task. Fortunately, regardless of the fraud methodology used, behavior shown by thieves is both consistent and observable.
If you answered "yes" to more than a few of these questions, there is cause for concern and you should proceed to the next step.
