If you need PRIORITY assistance outside of our regular office hours, we are still available. Your priority contact request will be sent to our on-duty investigator on evenings and weekends. We do sleep sometimes, but we are usually able to contact you within 2-hours of your PRIORITY request. Please check the “Chat With Us” button in the lower right corner of your screen to see if we are online. If we are not, we will be paged to contact you when you submit your request.
