Prosperident is a company that provides professional services only. We do not sell tangible goods.
The services that Prosperident provides to each client are outlined in a detailed Engagement Letter that is signed by that client before work is commenced. The Engagement Letter outlines our deliverables and the cost of the services we are providing. Some Engagement Letters may provide a provision for early termination in certain situations. In the event that we or a client terminate work before completion, and such a termination is permissible under the Engagement Letter for that service, the Engagement Letter's provisions will determine how our fees for the partial work will be determined.
Depending on the Engagement Letter's provisions and amounts already paid by that client, a client terminating work before completion may be entitled to a refund. If so, such a refund will be issued by check or against the original form of repayment within 30 days of termination.
