Beverly Jean Kostur, 44, of Craig, Colorado (CO), received a deferred sentence in Moffat County District Court after pleading guilty to two charges of theft from the dental office of Dr. John Ilko of Craig. Kostur had originally faced 23 felony charges of theft and forgery for embezzling as much as $7,200 in separate incidents dating to January 2003. The deferred sentence was entered following her guilty plea; Kostur declined to comment during the sentencing portion of the hearing.
