Wisconsin's Courtney Morland, reported to be working in a Green Bay dental practice, has a 2016 felony conviction for Identity Theft to Obtain Money or Credit, which we understand involved embezzlement from a dental practice. Ms. Morland pled guilty and was sentenced to one year in prison, three years of probation, and to pay restitution of $11,391.
