Delisha Lynette Kitts, 29, of Cottonwood, Arizona, was arrested and charged with fraud schemes, theft, and forgery after allegedly stealing cash transactions totaling more than $3,500 from the dental practice of Dr. Bruce Westover, DDS, where she worked the front desk. According to police, Kitts would intercept patient cash payments and then alter the practice management system to show the patient had a credit balance, or delete the transaction record entirely, to conceal the theft.
