Donna Macli, 45, a dental office secretary, was among six individuals charged in a federal investigation into a system of illegal finder fees and kickbacks at multiple Wall Street brokerage firms. The indictment, unsealed by the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, alleged that Macli and her husband — a mail carrier — participated in the scheme alongside four Wall Street figures. The remaining defendants were charged in two separate indictments.
