Pennsylvania office manager Jill E. D'Angelo sentenced to 41 months for fraud -- Steal of $475k

Jill E. D’Angelo of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (PA) was sentenced in federal court to 41 months in prison and ordered to pay $386,247 in restitution following her conviction on health care fraud charges. United States Attorney David J. Hickton announced the result. D’Angelo had used her position as a dental office manager to submit fraudulent health care claims, and the federal prosecution reflects the serious consequences that follow when dental billing fraud reaches federal investigators.
