Kelli Kapps accused of Nebraska steal of $7K

Kelli Kapps, 33, of Sutherland, Nebraska was arrested on suspicion of theft after North Platte police determined she had stolen approximately $6,700 from the dental practice where she was employed. While the dollar amount is smaller than many reported cases, dental practices should report and pursue embezzlement regardless of amount — smaller thefts often prove to be the portion of a larger pattern that remained undetected.
