
Kim Yvette Menne, 42, of Williamsport, Pennsylvania (PA), was arrested on felony charges for allegedly stealing more than $85,000 in cash from the practice of Dr. Charles M. Burzynski at 1701 Four Mile Drive in Loyalsock Township, where she had served as office manager. According to state police, Menne carried out the theft over a 33-month period, taking $85,285 before the discrepancies were identified and reported to authorities.
Lycoming County court records show Menne pleaded guilty on August 15, 2008 (Commonwealth v. Kim Yvette Menne, CP-41-CR-0000351-2008) to two counts of felony forgery and felony theft by unlawful taking, with related receiving-stolen-property and failure-to-make-required-disposition counts resolved in the same plea. Judge Nancy L. Butts sentenced her to a two-year intermediate punishment program with restitution and costs.
