Linda L.L. Chun, 50, of Honolulu, Hawaii was sentenced to thirty months in prison and ordered to pay nearly $197,000 in restitution for stealing from her employer. U.S. District Court Chief Judge Susan Oki Mollway imposed the sentence following Chun’s conviction on seventeen counts. Federal prosecution of dental embezzlement involving substantial losses routinely results in significant prison terms and restitution orders.
