Lois Lombardo, 56, of Cumru Township, Pennsylvania, was charged with 37 counts each of forgery, identity theft, and theft by deception — 111 counts in total — after investigators determined she had embezzled approximately $140,000 over six years from Forry & Huber Associates, a Spring Township dental practice where she served as business manager.
Lombardo had been employed at the practice for 28 years at the time of her arrest. She waived her preliminary hearing before District Judge Ann L. Young and remained free pending further court action.
