A Geronimo woman is accused of embezzling tens of thousands of dollars from My Dentist.

Michelle Lynn Halye faces a single charge of felony embezzlement.

Court documents allege that between January of 2022 and February of this year, she would delete cash payments, and either change fees or make adjustments to cover up the amount deleted.

Through a company audit, she is accused of stealing nearly $39,000 of company funds.

She faces up to eight years in prison plus fines of up to $10,000 plus restitution.

 


Case Status (July 2026)

Court records show Halye has waived her right to a jury trial and announced her intention to enter a plea in Comanche County District Court (case CF-2024-310). The plea hearing is currently set for September 23, 2026; no conviction or sentence has been entered yet.
