Omayra Rosario, 41, of Lowell, Massachusetts, pleaded not guilty in Lowell District Court to 78 counts of check forgery, uttering of a false check, and larceny, after allegedly altering a bank-deposit stamp for a local dental management company and diverting nearly $28,000. Rosario was released on personal recognizance pending a pretrial conference.
