Martina Pickett, of LaGrange, Georgia, was arrested inside a Chamblee dental office on identity theft charges after DeKalb County police responded to a report that she had used a stolen identity and a fraudulently obtained CareCredit account to pay for a cosmetic dental procedure. Officers entered Fresh Dental in Chamblee and took Pickett into custody before the procedure was completed.

According to Chamblee police, Pickett had purchased another individual's name and CareCredit account information online and used it to book and partially pay for an expensive dental procedure. After being advised of her rights at the scene, Pickett admitted to the scheme. The arrest was captured on officer body camera footage.
