Melissa Scroggin of Arlington TX pled guilty in February 2019 to a Class 2 Felony for theft of between $150,000 and $300,000 as a result of our investigation. At the time, her name was Melissa Ann Baxley. Ms. Scroggin made full restitution to the victim, and accordingly was able to avoid prison time. Ms. Scroggin was sentenced to 120 months of probation.
