UTICA, N.Y. -- A dental office employee is accused of stealing more than $57,000 from her workplace.
According to the Utica Police Department, a local dentist reported in November 2025 that an employee was "likely depositing" dental office payments into her own checking account.
Investigators used subpoenas and bank records to find "that the suspect had deposited over $57,000 into her personal accounts," according to UPD.
On Jan. 20, Siden Lieu, 35, of Clinton, turned herself in and was charged with grand larceny and falsifying business records.
