Virginia's Jeannie Braithwaite Admits to Stealing More Than $130,000 from Employer

Jeannie Braithwaite, a former city dental office employee,  accused of stealing roughly $130,000 from her employer, pleaded guilty on Thursday.
New Market, Virginia resident Braithwaite pleaded guilty to two counts of embezzlement.

Jeannie Braithwaite receives suspended sentence and restitution

A judge sentenced her to an 8-year suspended prison sentence and ordered her to pay restitution.
Prosecutors say she stole money from Dr. Anna-Marie Boggs' Harrisonburg office, where she worked as a receptionist.
The defendant worked at the office for roughly two decades.
