Something To Talk About…
It’s time to reboot!
With the holiday season now in our rear-view mirror, it’s time to head back to our lives energized and ready to face the New Year. I will confess that I am not a fan of New Year’s resolutions. I do admire the few, dedicated souls who can make a year’s worth of goals (and the necessary plans to make them a reality) come to fruition, but I believe that most of us receive more benefit from periodic, systematic reviews and revisions of our business and personal goals to achieve excellence and sustainability.
Taking the time to assess and improve ourselves and our businesses is much like making sure that we take the time to update our practice management software. Updates, check-ins, and re-evaluations are the foundation of making sure we stay effective in an ever-changing world, and this is true whether we are talking about operating systems or performance reviews of our team members. It’s the small, constant improvements that we make on a regular basis that add up to ongoing ease and success in our lives and businesses, and let’s face it; no one trips over a mountain!
As we jump into 2019, I would like you to consider not making traditional New Year’s resolutions, but instead look ahead to achieving a space where you can feel in control of all facets of your practice. Why not make this the year that you place yourself firmly in the driver’s seat and have a chat with us about building your practice to be as safe and efficient as it can be? We are Dentistry’s Embezzlement Experts®, and we understand that dentistry is a business. We are ready to assist you by offering a range of specialized services, whether you are looking for an investigation, a system to help you fraud-proof your office, litigation support services, or a speaker for your next event, we have just what you need, and we are always happy to help.
Here is to a prosperous 2019! We appreciate you letting us be a growing part of the dental community!
